Hey there, thanks for stopping by. If you're reading this, you probably want to know a little bit about me and why I'm running this blog.
So I had a baby girl in December 2015, and I love her more than life itself. She's brought me more joy than I ever thought possible. I would kill for her. I would die for her. I would do absolutely anything to keep her happy and healthy. But if she had an off switch, I would use it. Babies are absolutely magical, and they are also completely maddening. Being a mother is the most fun and the most frustrating thing I've ever experienced. But there are two things that make it easier: being able to laugh (especially when the alternative would be to cry), and the ability to share the highs and lows with people who have been there (or will be there, or want to be there).
When I'm not spending time with my little girl (who has seriously been side-eyeing me since day one) and my husband, I write and produce TV news in New York City. If I'm not doing either of those things, I'm probably reading or watching Netflix when I should be trying to "sleep when the baby sleeps." Or at least trying to make sure that my home remains fit for human habitation. I hope you enjoy the site, and feel free to shoot me an email anytime!
